Gerry Patnode Economic Research

Dr. Gerald R. Patnode, Jr. has been an active Economic & Marketing researcher and analyst for more than thirty years.

In addition, he is a well known and skilled Political and Opinion research polster. His experience includes having served as the political pollster and opinion researcher and on air analyst for the NBC-TV and ABC-TV affiliates in Baltimore and Washington, D.C.

His research and analysis have been published within numerous articles on management, economics and public political opinion 

His consulting expertise has been gained through more than thirty years of progressive experience in Business research and business strategy for business and government organizations for whom he has provided insight for future strategic development.

He has been a resource consultant for the Maryland Small Business Development Center and the Department of Economic Development for both the State of Maryland and Pennsylvania. He has served on the Economic Development Task Forces of Baltimore County, MD and as an advisor to the Adams County, PA., Economic Development Commission. In addition, he has served on the Federal Advisory Board of the Small Business Administration; served as Chairman of the Baltimore County Personnel and Salary Advisory Board and as a member of the Baltimore County Labor Commission.

Currently, in addition to the G.R. Patnode Company, Dr. Patnode's serves as the Chairman of the Graham School of Business at the York College of Pennsylvania where he teaches Strategy, Marketing Research and Consumer Behavior Research.

His education includes a Doctorate with a concentration in Research Methods from the Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, CA. a MBA from the Maryland University System, a MS in Marketing & Economics from Temple University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University.

He holds professional memberships in the American Marketing Association, the Academy of Management, and American Association of Public Opinion Research and Sales and Marketing Executives International.
